Exchange Policy

We aim to facilitate all our clients. If you shopped with us and wish to exchange your purchased articles, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus Shipping Costs) for future purchases, within 15 days of receiving your order. If you want to exchange the size of the purchased article, contact us at given email Id or call us, we will guide you further.

What is Online Store Credit? It means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.

How does I contact the team? Simply you can contact our customer service department by emailing us at pinkpetals.love@gmail.com or you can call us at +92-320-4965125, request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process. Don’t forget to mention your Order ID in the email.

Till when I can claim this? Please make sure that you send in this request within 15 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 15 days.

How do I send the item back if I have size issues? You will simply courier it back to us. Don’t worry; we will share the details with you when you email us.

What about Shipping Costs? We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping Costs. There’s only one exception to this rule: in case you are sending back a damaged/incorrect item, the amount of the Shipping Costs will be refunded to you.

Is there an alternate option? Yes. You can simply go to Online Store and purchase something else for the same amount.

Does this apply to items I bought on sale as well? Above conditions apply to non-sale orders only. For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than normal.

Just remember: Measurements may vary design to design and any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange. Tags and labels especially need to be intact.
